asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will tabulate the tax reliefs and allowances for personal expenditure which are currently granted and the level of revenue currently forgone by the Exchequer as a result in each case.

I am not certain which particular reliefs and allowances my hon. Friend has in mind, but for 1975–76 the estimated costs of the following forms of tax relief in the personal sector were:
