Mr. Norman Lamont

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer when the new United States/United Kingdom Double Taxation Treaty will be laid before Parliament.

The new Treaty will be laid before Parliament in the normal way as a schedule to a draft Order in Council. It is expected that this will be next month.
