§ Mr. William RossI have received preliminary comments from the Scottish Trades Union Congress and expect to receive its detailed comments following a meeting which my right hon. Friend the Lord President of the Council and I are to have with its representatives on 9th February. Of bodies affiliated to the STUC, I have received comments from the Scottish Prison Officers' Association.
