§ Miss Joan LestorLocal education authorities are well aware of my Department's long-standing policy to encourage the multiple use of educational facilities. I welcome any organised arrangements which authorities feel able to make to help to offset the adverse effects of unemployment on young people; but decisions on the use of their premises rests with individual authorities.
