§ Mr. John SilkinI have noted the recommendations in paragraph 10 of Command Paper 6372 about the provision of cinema facilities and entertain-406W ment, but I do not propose to issue a circular on this matter. It is for local authorities to decide what provision they wish to make for this purpose under existing powers and within the present financial restrictions.
