§ Mr. FreesonMy right hon. Friend and I have repeatedly emphasised the Government's commitment to legislation264W on homelessness. I am, therefore, pleased to announce that the Government will be giving their support to the Housing (Homeless Persons) Bill which was yesterday presented to the House by the hon. Member for the Isle of Wight (Mr. Ross) with whom my hon. Friend the Member for Caerphilly (Mr. Evans) will be closely associated in this matter.
