§ Mr. JuddThe Committee has yet to complete its inquiries, and I cannot add to the replies given to my hon. Friend on 25th October and 29th November. If my hon. Friend himself wishes to give evidence, following the suggestion of my right hon. Friend the Member for Lanark (Mrs. Hart) on 20th December, in the debate on the Second Reading of the Consolidated Fund Bill, I hope he will make contact with Judge Fay.
