§ Mr. Townsendasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will give his reasons for not publishing the reviews of the present legislation both on persons and property compensation in Northern Ireland.
§ Mr. ConcannonMy right hon. Friend does not intend to publish the report of the working party which reviewed the present legislation on compensation for criminal injuries to persons, because that was an internal report by Officials. He will consider whether to treat the report on the current legislation on compensation for criminal damage to property differently when he publishes the proposals for a draft order.
