§ Mr. Arnold Shawasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what progress has been reached by his Department's Policy Advisory Committee on Sexual Offences on the question of the age of consent in relation to sexual offences.
§ Mr. JohnI understand that the Committee has received views from a large number of organisations and individuals on the question of the age of consent and has been considering what recommendations to make on it but that it is not yet possible to say when the Committee will report.
