HC Deb 13 December 1976 vol 922 cc471-2W
Mr. Ryman

asked the Attorney-General whether he will refer to the Director of Public Prosecutions the case of Sir Hugh Fraser, with a view to prosecution, for offences contrary to Sections 27 and 33 of the Companies Act 1967.

The Lord Advocate

I have been asked to reply, since the matter falls to be dealt with under Scots law.

I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply which I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for West Stirlingshire (Mr. Canavan) on Monday 6th December 1976 [Vol. 922, c. 3–4].
