Mr. David Hunt

asked the Minister for the Civil Service if he will place in the Library a copy of the questionnaire and/or questions used by the Office of Population Censuses and Surveys in its survey in 1975 related to the consequences of personal injury, the total cost to public funds of which was £171,000.
