My right hon. Friend has appointed an additional member to the National Enterprise Board; maintained a register of members' financial interests; transferred publicly owned property to the Board; given his consent and general authority to acquisitions and borrowings where necessary; directed the Board on the form of its interim accounts; and laid a copy of those accounts before Parliament.
