§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsIt was my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State who met the Council's representatives on 1st December. She was glad to hear their views on how the education and youth services might do more to encourage young people to participate in sport and recreation, and undertook to consider them carefully.
