§ Mr. HoramSubject to the satisfactory completion of the statutory procedures and the availability of funds, work is expected to start on the West Kingsdown to Addington section in the spring of 1977, on the Maidstone to Ashford section in 1981, and on the Ashford to Folkestone section in the summer of 1977, with completion in the spring of 1980, in 1983, and in the summer of 1979 respectively. The Swanley to West Kingsdown section is under construction and is expected to be completed in the spring of 1977.
