§ Mr. Biffenasked the Secretary of State for Employment (1) what office accommodation is now occupied by the Health and Safety Executive and its staff within 20 miles of Marble Arch; and what is the current annual rental for each of these properties;
(2) when the lease was entered into for Quay House, Manchester, by the Health and Safety Executive; what is the current annual rental; and when the Executive moved into this new accommodation.
