§ Mr. Dudley Smithasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list the major new roads and the improvements 1178W to existing roads which will be required, in addition to those already announced as being part of the 3,100 mile network, to complete the 4,500 mile strategic network mentioned in the Consultation Document on Transport Policy.
