§ Mr. Merlyn ReesI have received the report of the steering committee referred to in my answer to my hon. Friend the Member for Islington, North (Mr. O'Halloran) on 8th April [Vol. 909, c. 255]—set up to advise me as to the basis on which a law centre may be established in the Greater Belfast area. I am about to write to each of the bodies concerned with the proposed project inviting them to nominate members to serve on a management committee for the centre and a grant to finance the centre will be paid to that committee in accordance with the terms to be agreed.
