§ Mr. Gerry FowlerNo Government grants are involved, but the following lists give costs approved at tender stage for polytechnic projects in the past three building programmes and provisional allocations for 1976–77. The allocations for the 1977–78 and 1978–79 further education major building starts programmes has not been settled.
