Mr. Gow

asked the Secretary of State for Wales whether the estimates of 600 additional staff, rising to about 1,600 when the Assembly gets into its stride, of extra running costs of £5 million a year, rising at a later stage to around £12 million a year, and capital expenditure on the Temple of Peace and Health in Cardiff of £1 million to £2 million as specified in paragraph 290 of Command Paper No. 6348 have been revised since the White Paper was published in November 1975.
