§ Mr. Gowasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether the estimates of 600 additional staff, rising to about 1,600 when the Assembly gets into its stride, of extra running costs of £5 million a year, rising at a later stage to around £12 million a year, and capital expenditure on the Temple of Peace and Health in Cardiff of £1 million to £2 million as specified in paragraph 290 of Command Paper No. 6348 have been revised since the White Paper was published in November 1975.
