§ Mr. Kilfedderasked the Lord President of the Council what progress has been made in costing the implementation of Government policy on devolution for Scotland and Wales; and when these additional sums will be included in the Government expenditure programmes.
§ Mr. FootThe estimates given in last year's November devolution White Paper (Cmnd 6348) remain valid, and the House has been kept informed of our expenditure proposals for the Assembly sites themselves. I expect an estimate of the costs to be included in the next Public Expenditure White Paper.
