§ Mr. Clinton DavisThe chairman of the committee, Lord Bullock, told my right hon. Friend the then Secretary of State that the committee would make every effort to report within a year, that is to say, by the end of 1976. This is still the position. The committee has 213W held 12 meetings. The cost of producing the committee's report will be made known in due course.
