§ Mr. VarleyI have appointed Mr. Bernard Friend, lately Chairman and Managing Director of Esso Chemicals UK Ltd., as a member of the Organising Committee. I intend in due course to appoint him as a full-time member of British Aerospace with particular responsibility for finance.
