§ Mr. Stanbrookasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs how many duplicate British passports have been issued annually since 1965 to British citizens from the New Commonwealth, United Kingdom passport holders and citizens of Pakistan, on the ground that the original has been lost; and how many of these were issued by British embassies and High Commission offices abroad.
