§ Mr. Roy JenkinsI regret that I am not yet in a position to say when the inquiry will be resumed. This will depend on the completion of police inquiries which are currently being made into matters concerned with the death of Maxwell Confait and on the decision of my right. hon. and learned Friend the Attorney-General as to what further action, if any, may then be necessary.
