§ Mr. GoldingI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that the Employment Service Agency has encountered unexpected difficulties in the negotiations and legal formalities connected with the acquisition of a lease for the premises proposed for a jobcentre in Ramsgate. It is hoped that the negotiations and legal formalities will be successfully concluded in the near future and the jobcentre should be opened about six months thereafter.
