§ Dr. OwenThis institute has not been visited by officials of my Department. They have, however, studied such evidence as is available about the basis and practical results of the Doman-Delecato method.
The question of commendation or otherwise of the method is a matter for the professional organisations concerned. My right hon. Friend has no plans to 80W make special services available to provide this treatment under the NHS.
