§ Mr. Alec JonesFor 1975–76, it is provisionally estimated that in Wales rebated rents of dwellings in the housing revenue account offset 43 per cent. of total expenditure in the housing revenue accounts. The corresponding figure for unrebated rent is estimated to be 54 per cent.
