§ Mr. BennAs the hon. Member is already aware, the United Kingdom Continental Shelf is not divided into sections. The Government's policy on refining was set out in my right hon. Friend's statement of 6th December 1974—[Vol. 882, c. 646–8.]—and the geographical areas for refining cannot be forecast.
