§ Mr. Rostasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if, in the interests of energy conservation, he will investigate the need for capital grants for the erection of windmills used in agriculture and horticulture, similar to grants now operated for other capital investment in agriculture and horticulture.
§ Mr. StrangInvestigations are already being undertaken into the technical soundness and cost-effectiveness of certain wind-powered equipment; but until results are available and have been evaluated the question of grant aid cannot be considered.
