Mr. Christopher Price

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish in the Official Report the amounts of the needs, domestic and resources elements of the rate support grant payable to each local authority in England and Wales for the year 1976–77.

Mr. Oakes

On the basis of present information local authorities will receive the following amounts by way of rate support grant for the year 1976–77. In all cases the figures are provisional, and will be amended as more up-to-date information becomes available.
