§ Mr. ShoreThe information obtained under Section 109 of the Companies Act, 1967 was passed to the Director of Public Prosecutions, who has assumed responsibility for this matter. Civil proceedings have been instituted by the company against certain individuals308W and have not yet been concluded. In the circumstances I do not at the present time see any reason to appoint Inspectors under Section 165 of the Companies Act, 1948. By Section 111 of the Companies Act 1967, I am debarred from disclosing information obtained in the course of an enquiry under the provisions of Section 109 of that Act.
