§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Director of Public Prosecutions has considered the evidence so far available in respect of Canning Town Glass and its subsidiary company Dale Brown & Co. Ltd. consequent upon action under Section 109 of the Companies Act 1967. Police inquiries have been instituted and are still continuing.
