§ Mr. Barry JonesSince the beginning of the year we have received correspondence from 18 councils in Dyfed. I will send the hon. Member a list. All wanted central Government to accept financial responsibility for the bridge. The Government's decision has been fully explained in the debate on this subject in the House on 17th December 1975.
