asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what is the total subsidy, in all forms, paid for public housing in Scotland in 1975.

The estimated total cost of all subsidies, excluding rent rebates and allowances, to public sector housing in Scotland for the financial year 1975–76—at 1975 Public Expenditure Survey prices—was as follows:

the Secretary of State for Scotland what is the total subsidy, in the form of income tax allowance, paid to the owners of private houses in Scotland in 1975.
