§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if she will commission research into the reaction of carbon monoxide and chlorine and the production of phosgene;
(2) if, in view of the connection between carbon monoxide from cigarettes and chlorine from the water and the production of phosgene, she will prohibit smoking in or near swimming baths.
