§ 36. Mr. Roseasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in the light of the documents submitted to him by the hon. Member for Manchester, Blackley, he will ensure that the Institute for the Study of Conflict will not in future be employed or commissioned by his Department for lecturing and other purposes.
§ Mr. Roy JenkinsThe only such employment is that a member of the Institute's staff gives one lecture a term on urban terrorism at the Police College. I have studied the material submitted by my hon. Friend, but I would be loth to interfere on this basis with such a limited arrangement.
