§ Mr. Patrick Jenkinasked the Secretary of State for Energy when he hopes to announce details of the reconstruction of the nuclear construction industry and, in particular, of the shareholdings in the National Nuclear Corporation.
§ Mr. BennThe National Nuclear Corporation (NNC) and its subsidiary the Nuclear Power Company (NPC) are fully operational. NNC acquired the two design and construction consortia in March 1975. Dr. N. L. Franklin is NPC's Chairman and Managing Director. I will make a statement about NNC's shareholding structure as soon as possible.
