§ Dr. SummerskillWe have received representations from some right hon. and hon. Members about the reviews by the Local Government Boundary Commission for England of the electoral arrangements for Kirklees, Manchester and Rochdale. These, like other representations from the Association of Metropolitan Authorities, the Birmingham Corporation and one constituency Labour Party, mainly concern the sizes of metropolitan district and county councils and the timing of the reviews.
