§ Mr. Loveridgeasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will list in chronological order the individual amounts of compensation paid to the next of kin of each of the 34 members of the TAVR, RAF, and RN reserve forces who have died since 1969 as a result of accidents while on duty.
§ Mr. MasonPensions, or single payments into estates, arising from the death on duty of members of the reserve forces are payable by the Ministry of Defence only where such a death has occurred on or after 1st April 1974 when a scheme336W of attributable benefits for reservists came into operation. It is not the custom to disclose details of individual awards.
