§ Mr. OakesAs I stated in reply to a similar Question from my hon. Friend the Member for Preston, South (Mr. Thorne) on 15th October—[Vol. 897, c.709]—the Inspector's report took six 291W months to complete. In view of the detailed consideration which must be given to this report, and the complexity of the outline plan proposals, it is unlikely that my right hon. Friend will be in a position to make a statement before the early spring of next year.
