§ Mr. Trotterasked the Secretary of State for Defence why the recent Naval Equipment Exhibition at Greenwich was not open to the public on certain days as had been the case in previous years; and whether he will arrange for public open days in future years.
§ Mr. JuddThe public was not admitted to the exhibition this year because it was not considered cost effective to do so. Instead a second trade day was included. The question of public attendance is normally considered when plans for exhibitions are made.
