§ Dr. OwenI would refer the hon. Member to the reply given to my hon. Friend the Member for Chorley (Mr. Rodgers) on 13th March. [Vol. 888, c.245.] Some preliminary results of the inquiries are now available and these show that skin camouflage facilities are provided in many areas. Inquiries are still continuing, and until these are completed I am not in a position to make a further statement about the availability of this treatment or estimate its costs.
