§ Mr. William RodgersExercise Inside Right began on 6th October 1975 and is not due to end until 26th October. For this reason, and because some of the costs of the exercise cannot be distinguished from normal day-to-day expenditure, it is not possible to say at this stage what the final cost will be. By the time the exercise ends some 30,000 Service men, including 10,000 TAVR, will have been involved at one stage or another. No more than 20,000 will be taking part at any one time.
