HC Deb 15 October 1975 vol 897 c729W
Mrs. Ann Taylor

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what extra revenue would accrue to the National Insurance Fund, if the ceiling on payment of national insurance contributions were raised to, respectively, £100, £125, £150, £200, £250, £300, £500 and £1,000 per week.

Mr. O'Malley

My right hon. Friend will shortly be presenting to the House her proposals for national insurance contributions, including the ceiling, for 1976–77. I would ask my hon. Friend to await that announcement.
