§ 52. Dr. Glynasked the Secretary of State for Trade what representations he has received from residents in the Windsor area at the increase in aircraft noise occasioned by both landing and take-off of Concorde, and if he will make a statement on the action he is taking to deal with this problem.
§ Mr. Clinton DavisConcorde's recent endurance flying programme prompted just over 100 noise complaints from the Windsor area. Extensive noise monitoring, including measurements at sites in the Windsor area, was carried out and the results were given to the House by my right hon. Friend on 13th October. As already announced, Concorde will enter regular service with British Airways on
