§ 39. Mr. Bryant Godman Irvineasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if she will now consider a reduction of the period of six months for the qualification of constant attendance allowance after medical practitioners have been satisfied that the medical conditions for a higher rate allowance have been met, in view of the correspondence forwarded to her by the hon. Member for Rye, one of whose constituents died during the intervening period.
