§ Mr. Gregor MackenzieMy hon. Friend kindly sent me the table of figures originally published in theGuardian's article of 27th October: "Don't knock the Postman". According to this, out of nine industrial countries whose postal services are unprofitable, only one did better than the United Kingdom. It is gratifying to see an article that appreciates the efforts the Post Office is making.
