§ Mr. Hannamasked the Secretary of State for Employment what instructions have been given to his disablement resettlement officers to overcome the change in categories of disabled people issued with an invalid tricycle.

Advice will be given about the introduction of mobility allowance, the criterion for receiving it, the option of having an invalid vehicle, and the reserved rights of those who already have a vehicle. In addition, the advice will cover the possible effect on the Employment Service-Agency scheme under which certain registered disabled people can receive financial assistance with the cost of travel to and from work.
§ Mr. Hannamasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will give an estimate of the cost of providing transport to and from work for disabled persons who after 31st December 1975 will no 138W requirements but show that the average number of dock workers registered under the Dock Workers' Employment Scheme in each local dock labour board area for the years 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973 and 1974, is as follows:

§ Mr. Harold WalkerIt is not possible to give such an estimate, as the annual number of people who in future will not qualify for mobility allowance or issue of an invalid tricycle is uncertain.
