§ Dr. SummerskillUnder the Local Government Act 1972 local authorities submit draft schemes for revised electoral arrangements to the Local Government Boundary Commission for England. At the conclusion of each review the Commission submits to us its final proposals for each local government area. So far, my right hon. Friend has received such reports in relation to 104 non-metropolitan districts. Orders for revised electoral arrangements have now been made for the following districts:
