(2) how much extra office accommodation has been used by the Department of Industry since March 1974, including offices for agencies for which that Department is responsible; and how much extra office accommodation the Department and agencies for which that Department is responsible expect to use for the rest of 1975 and 1976;
(3) how much office space in square feet the Property Services Agency has rented on behalf of the Department of Industry in London and the rest of the United Kingdom, respectively, since 1974; what is the total cost to the Exchequer; and what is the average cost per square foot in (a) London and (b) the rest of the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. CroslandI would refer the hon. Members to my replies to the hon. Member for Aylesbury (Mr. Raison) yesterday which dealt with accommodation provided by the Property Services Agency for all Government Departments and their agencies. Information in respect of individual Departments is not readily available and will take some time to prepare. I shall write to the hon. Members shortly.
